Oh, How I praise the Lord, how i rejoice in God our Savior!
For He took of His lowly servant girl,
And now generation to generation will call me blessed.
For He, the mighty one is Holy,
And He has done great things for me.
His mercy goes on to all who fear Him.
His mighty arms does tremendous things!
How He scatters the proud and arrogant,
He has taken princes in their thrones and exalted the poor.
He has satisfied the hungry with good things,
He sent the rich away with empty hands,
And how He has help His servant,
He has not forgotten His promise to be merciful,
For He has promise our ancestors and our children,
His merciful to them forever.
